Changes To Website:
Kitch-en Gallery reserves the right to:
1. Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Kitch-en Gallery shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
2. Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
Domestic Shipping:
1. All screen prints and vinyl toys are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on the cost of goods. Original works are sent via courier or Parcel Force depending on size and weight.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
3. Shipping charges are viewable during the ordering process. If you require alternative delivery options please contact Kitch-en Gallery in advance of purchase.
International Shipping:
1. All items are sent International Signed For with appropriate insurance. Tracking is available within the UK only.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns:
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
2. Items must be returned in perfect condition, be appropriately packaged and sent using signed and insured delivery. Kitch-en Gallery is not responsible for the cost of returning items.
3. All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
4. Items damaged in transit must be noted with the appropriate delivery company at the time of delivery. Failing to do so may result in a refund being denied.
Refunds:
1. Refunds will only be applicable where Kitch-en Gallery is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Kitch-en Gallery.
2. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
3. Kitch-en Gallery reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders.
Payments:
1. All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank.
